Our Vendors warrant that
You are authorized to use this website and mobile application and to access the information and Data that vendors input into the eCommerce platform. Vendors are also authorized to access the processed information and Data that is made available to you through the use of an eCommerce platform (whether that information and Data is the vendor’s own or that of anyone else).
Consumer guarantees
Vendor warrants and represent that the Vendor is acquiring the right to access and use the eCommerce platform for the purposes of a business.
Services or Products Order
When you place an order for Services or Products from our Vendors, we act as an IT provider via website and mobile applications. If you wish to get customer support for the service or product order, please reach out to our Vendors via phone call displayed on the Stores’ Map.
Placing the Order
You are required to read carefully and confirm that all the information you ordered, including the amounts, delivery address, payment information, and voucher codes (if applicable) is true, and please follow the onscreen instructions to click “Proceed to checkout”. You may require to verify your contact phone number to complete your order. An Order is successfully placed when you see an “Order Received” status onscreen.
Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact immediately to our Vendors via phone call displayed on the Stores’ Map.
Vendors reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to service or product availability, errors in the description or price of the service or product, error in your order, or other reasons.
Services or Products’ Prices and Payments
The prices and applicable tax that is offered by our Vendors. When you place an order, you agree to all amounts, additional charges, and the final “Grand Total” which is displayed to you.
Refunds
You understand that no refunds in this eCommerce platform. You are required to discuss with our Vendors via phone call or walk-in to our vendor’s store.
Delivery and Pickup
Service Areas
You understand that our Vendors offer their services or products in limited-service areas. By choosing the delivery location via this website and mobile applications, you will see the limited-service areas. Service areas may expand, or change depending on our vendors’ service policy.
Delivery or Pickup Time
You may choose your expected date and Morning (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) or Evening (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM). Our Vendors understand your desired scheduling and our Vendors will deliver your order to the delivery address provided by you. You acknowledge that the expected time provided by you is just only a schedule and your orders may arrive earlier or later. Due to the factors that the order quantity, distance, weather conditions, traffic conditions, your order may be delayed.
Promotions and Discounts, Vouchers
Our Vendors may promote or discount their services or products. Promotions, Discounts, and Vouchers are subject to validity periods and depend on our vendor’s marketing strategy. Vouchers may not be valid once it’s expired. Vouchers can be only used on this website and mobile applications. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prohibited Uses
You may use this website and mobile application. Vendors reserve the right to block your account if fraud or unauthorized or illegal activities are suspected.
No Use by Minors
This eCommerce platform is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using this website and mobile application, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 years old and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the eCommerce platform.
You may not use an account ID of another person’s phone number or that is not lawfully available for use, without appropriate authorization.

Vendors reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel the orders at the shop.
If you wish to delete your eCommerce account, please phone call Vendors (shop). Vendors may restrict, suspend or terminate your account and/or use of the eCommerce platform.

Our eCommerce platform contains links to third-party websites or mobile applications or services that are not owned or controlled by us. You agree to do so at your own risk when you click on these links. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or mobile applications or services.
